Rural Self-reliance Development Centre (RSDC) collaborated with Ujjwal Nekshatra Society to support visually impaired students from various colleges of Kathmandu studying in grade 11 to undergraduate with white canes. On  28th  Ashwin 2080 (15 October 2023), a total of 250 white canes were distributed to visually impaired students out of which 64 white canes were supported by RSDC. The Logistic and Program Support Officer, Mr. Harka Bahadur Sunuwar, handed over the white canes to the Ujjwal Nakshatra Society.
